I have a feeling the Mega Effects Mascara has been discontinued, as I have not been able to find it on Avon's official website, or any other retailers. However, a few vintage collectors have it available in their stores, but allow me to warn you that because this is an older formula, take into account that you could possibly receive a tube that is dried out.
